DAPHNE, Ala. — In an effort to further empower and to show gratitude to the citizens of the communities it serves, the Community Action Agency has designated June as Senior Appreciation Month. 

Each Wednesday will be set aside as Senior Day. On June 14, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Senior citizens, 60 years of age and up, can obtain beneficial information from various partners and entities that provide assistance to families and individuals in need. This activity will take place at the Central Office at 26440 N. Pollard Road. 

During this event, attendees will have an opportunity to win various door prizes.
