James Harris Cobb, 70, a native of Escambia, Fla., and a resident of Fairhope, died Monday, Feb. 9, 2009.
He was employed by Turner Supply Company for the past 19 years.
He held various leadership roles in the Boy Scouts of America, serving in their Tumwater and Pineburr Councils.
Survivors include his wife, Clarice Cobb of Fairhope; two sons, Jim (Julie) Cobb of Gulf Breeze, Fla., and Eric (Tiffany) Cobb of Des Moines, Wash; brother, Patrick Cobb of Manassas, Va.; five grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 16 at Pensacola Boulevard Church of Christ, 10050 Pensacola Blvd., Pensacola, Monday.
Arrangements are by Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc., Fairhope.
