ORANGE BEACH, Ala. - A great time this afternoon at the Coastal Arts Center of Orange Beach during a makeup of the Scarecrow Festival previously scheduled for Oct. 5 but delayed by the threat of Tropical Storm Karen. A big crowd showed up to decorate scarecrows and listen to the music of Three Bean Soup with Jamie Weis and Mike Zomulot. Beautiful event on a beautiful Gulf Coast October afternoon.
