BAY MINETTE – The City of Bay Minette wants families to be able to enjoy the summer vacation while it lasts, so it is opening the City Pool tomorrow night for a “Dive-In” Movie Night in hopes of having some family fun.

For $5 admission cost, which includes popcorn and one drink, families can enjoy a showing of the recent Disney hit film “Frozen” while they float around the pool.

The event, co-sponsored by the Bay Minette Swim Team, also has family discounts - allowing a family of four for $15 and a family of six for $20.

Refreshments and soft drinks will be available for purchase and will go to help benefit the Bay Minette Swim Team.

The pool will open for the event at 7 p.m., with the movie starting at 7:30 p.m.

The City and the Swim Team hope to see many local families come out to take advantage of this unique aquatic event that, if popular, could mean more “Dive-In” movies in the future.
