DAPHNE, Ala.— TimberCreek Golf Club in Daphne, AL will honor Pediatric Cancer Awareness Month with a Chip In 4 Pediatric Cancer event in partnership with Go4theGoal Foundation.

“The TimberCreek Golf Club is proud to team up with Go4theGoal as we try to support children with cancer and their families in Alabama,” said Rob Bradley, PGA Golf Professional. “Throughout the month of September, we are hoping that our members and visitors to our club will donate what they can to help make a difference.” Funds raised at TimberCreek will benefit kids with cancer being treated at the University of South Alabama Children’s & Women’s Hospital.

“We are always thrilled when local businesses take it upon themselves to pitch in and help raise awareness and support for children battling pediatric cancer,” said Beth Stefanacci, Executive Director. “It means so much to these kids and their families to know that support is coming from their communities and that they are not alone. During September, every school, sports team, and business that participates in an awareness event helps us spread the word about pediatric cancer and supports the over 50,000 children battling cancer in the U.S. every year.”
