Chester Esser, 79, of Foley passed away on Sept. 23, 2013.
He served his country in the United States Army.
He is survived by his wife, Janet E. Esser of Foley; two sons, Chester (Maritza) Esser Jr. of Alliance, Ohio and Charles Esser of Foley; one daughter, Peggy L. (Patrick) Gafford of Milwaukee, Wis.; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
A memorial service for Mr. Esser will be Thursday, Sept. 26, 2013, at 11 a.m., from Foley United Methodist Church.
