Fairhope's (American) coach pitch team defeated Central Baldwin 16-6 Saturday night.
The teams were competing in the district tournament held at Loxley Municipal Park.
Fairhope was leading 2-1 in the third inning when Trevor Wells extended Fairhope's lead with a two run single.
Two batters later Conner Raley followed with three RBI's of his own. Central Baldwin escaped the third inning down 7-1.
Central Baldwin answered in the top of the fourth with three runs of their own.
The RBI's were credited to Conner Atwell, Jody Champion and KC Keller.
Fairhope responded with three runs in the bottom half of the fourth to regain a six run advantage.
The score was 10-5 going into the fifth inning.
Brett Moseley led off with a single and was driven in by Chancellor Childress in the next at bat.
Darby Gilbert, Arcole Brandon and Layten White all contributed with fifth inning RBI's.
