Cecil Wayne Silvers, 46, a native of Mobile and a resident of Eight Mile, died on Tuesday, Nov. 23, 2010 at a local hospital.
Survivors include his wife, Katie Silvers of Semmes; son, Cecil Wayne Silvers Jr. of Eight Mile; two daughters, Jessica Silvers and Victoria Silvers of Semmes; mother, Rebecca Howarth of Foley; father, Cecil Silvers of Eight Mile; two brothers, Keith Silvers and Melvin Roy Shepard, both of Foley; two sisters, Carolyn Shepard of Baltimore and Ana Ruebon of Hurley, Miss.; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
Visitation begins at noon Sunday, Nov. 28 at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Foley, with funeral services at 2 p.m. from the funeral home chapel.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the Cecil Wayne Silvers fund at the Foley branch of Vision Bank.
