GULF SHORES, Ala. — Karen Carter and Booie Bears were married in a ceremony in Breckenridge, Colo. on July 9, 2011. The bride’s parents are Gerald and Shirley Carter of Gulf Shores.
The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Mike Phillips, formerly of Foley.
Eric Burke was best man, and the bride’s attendants were Jenni White as maid of honor and Kyra Bears, daughter of the groom, as junior bridesmaid.
A reception followed at the cabin in Breckenridge. The couple will reside in Denver, Colo.
