Carolyn Ann Bridges, 71, a native and former resident of Chicago, and a resident of Fairhope, died Wednesday, May 4, 2011.
Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Ed Bridges of Fairhope; four children, Tim (Michelle) Bridges of Valencia, Calif., Tammy (Gregg) Johnson of Chicago, John (Susan) Bridges of Newtown, Conn., and Stephen Bridges of Atlanta; grandchildren, Tim, Tyler, Linsey, McKenzie, Madison, Meredith, Meaghan, Madeline, Lauryn, Regan, Anna and Elle Rose; brother, Fredrick Pethes of San Diego; many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, May 9 at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 9 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Fairhope. Graveside services and interment will held at 2 p.m. Friday, May 13 at St. Michael the Arch Angel Cemetery, Palatine, Ill.
