Carlin Alexis Davis, 12, a resident of Bay Minette, passed away at home with her family, Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2013.
Carlin was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Barbara and Ray Davis; paternal great-grandparents, Joe and Tootsie Davis, and Leslie and Syble Bryars; maternal great-grandparents, O.C. “Tuffy” and Nell Waters, and Allen and Laine Valine.
She is survived by her parents, William and Alice Davis; a sister, Clare Davis; a brother, Myles Davis, all of Bay Minette; grandparents, Judy Waters Valine of Bay Minette, and Spencer and Pat Valine of Gulf Shores; aunt, Denise (Greg) Johnson; cousin, Whitney Johnson, all of Bay Minette; Mrs. Gorney’s 7th grade class, Father Pat, Sister Margaret, all the staff, faculty and students at St. Patrick’s, as well as many other family and friends.
The family will receive friends at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Thursday, Sept. 19, 2013, from 5 until 7 p.m.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held from St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Friday, Sept. 20, 2013, at 1 p.m. Carlin will lie in state at the church from noon until the service time.
Interment will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Bay Minette.
