Carey Buford Amos, 79, a native and resident of Loxley, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2013.
Mr. Amos served in the United States Army, and retired from Keesler Air Force Base as a Civil Service employee.
Mr. Amos was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Amos; daughter, Marilyn Amos; son, John Amos; brothers and sisters.
He is survived by his nephew, Matt Waters of Daphne; and other relatives.
Graveside services and burial will be held Friday, Oct. 25, 2013, at 10 a.m., at Greenwood Cemetery in Loxley.
