Florence Adele Weeks Camp, 66, a native of Fairhope and a resident of Hartsville, S.C., died Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2009.
She was the daughter of Hugh Norbert and Blanche Collins Weeks.
She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. She was a former buyer for J.L. Coker & Co., and was the owner of the Thrift Shoppe. She was a graduate of Weeks High School.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her husband, George Mills Camp Sr. of Hartsville, S.C.; two sons, Hugh W. (Twyla) Camp of Greenwood, S.C., and George M. (Marcia) Camp Jr. of Irmo, S.C.; sister, Sally (Bill) Patterson of Robertsdale; three brothers, Ronnie J. (Carla) Weeks, Ray N. Weeks and Ricky H. (Pat) Weeks, all of Foley; grandchildren, Joshua Mills Camp, Garrett Luquire, Kylie Camp.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 30 at Brown-Pennington-Atkins Funeral Home, Hartsville, S.C.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 31 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with Father Karl Roesch officiating. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 2 at St. John’s Catholic Church Cemetery in Magnolia Springs with Monsignor Guido Calleja officiating.
The family requests memorial donations be made to St. Mary’s Women’s Circle, 363 N. Fifth St., Hartsville, SC 29550.
