Daphne Dawn Driskell Calhoun, 43, a native and resident of Loxley, died Tuesday, May 29, 2007 after a 13 year battle with breast cancer.
She was an active and faithful member of the Loxley First Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Leslie Driskell and Hubert and Ruthie King.
Survivors include her husband, Allen M. Calhoun of Loxley; son, Shannon Calhoun of Loxley; parents, Don and Darlice Driskell of Loxley; brother, Darrell Driskell; grandmother, Evelyn Driskell of Loxley; aunts, uncles, other relatives and cousins.
Funeral services were held Thursday, May 31 at Loxley First Baptist Church with the Rev. Earl Lee officiating. Burial followed at Greenwood Cemetery in Loxley.
The family requests memorial donations be made to Loxley First Baptist Church, P.O. Box 114 Loxley, AL 36551.
Arrangements were made by Mack Funeral Home and Crematory, Robertsdale.
