Nancy Landers Buffington, 90, born March 2, 1917 in New Holland, Ga., to Robert Jackson and Willie Thomas Landers, died Friday, June 15, 2007 at Montrose Bay Health and Rehabilitation Center.
She lived in Gainesville, Ga., for 83 years. For the past seven years she lived at The Gardens of Daphne Assisted Living Home in Daphne. She was a faithful steward and member of the New Holland Baptist for 57 years.
Survivors include a daughter, Frances (Bill) Latiner of Daphne; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Willard Buffington, brothers and other relatives.
Funeral services were held Monday, June 18 at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Crematory in Gainesville, Ga.
Local arrangements were made by Mack Funeral Home and Crematory, Robertsdale.
