Ernest Nolen Bryant, 82, born Dec. 31, 1924 in Lawrence County, Tenn., a resident of Spanish Fort, died Sunday, April 22, 2007 at his home.
He was the retired Pine Sales manager at Scotch Lumber Co., in Fulton.
He was a member of Grove Hill Baptist Church, a World War II Navy veteran and a member of the American Legion.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret Augzell Bryant of Spanish Fort; son, Jerry (Mary Lynn) Bryant of LaGrange, Ga.; daughter, Angie (Tom) Waters of Spanish Fort; two sisters, Betty Hassell of Chapel Hill, Tenn., and Marie Harris of Mt. Pleasant, Tenn.; four grandchildren, Christy (Rick) Jones of Decatur, Ga., Wesley (Katherine) Bryant of Mobile, Hannah and Joshua Dunn of Spanish Fort; and one great-grandchild, Jackson Bryant of Mobile.
Funeral services and visitation were held Tuesday, April 24 from the chapel of Lathan Funeral Home, Grove Hill. Interment followed at Magnolia Lawn Cemetery, Grove Hill.
