DAPHNE, Ala.—Lakewood Tennis Club at the Grand in Point Clear is sponsoring a tennis tournament to benefit Bay Rivers Art Guild's building fund.

 The tournament will be a doubles scramble open to the public. The women's tournament will be on Wednesday, July 15 from 9 a.m. to noon. The men's will be Saturday, July 18 the same time.  First- and second-place prizes will be awarded. A continental breakfast and lunch will be served on both days.

Brian Jordan , Lakewood's tennis pro said, "My son Gavin has a blast every summer the BRAG kids art camp, and they do so much community outreach, that I thought a benefit tennis tournament would be a great idea."
