A full day of live music, craft beverages and family-friendly activities will give way to an adults-only evening concert experience when Blooms & Brews Spring Fest arrives April 18 to Weeks Bay Plantation.
Hosted by Bay Area Events, the festival will take place at 12562 Mary Ann Beach Road from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with core daytime activities scheduled from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The celebration continues with Blooms & Brews After Dark from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The all-ages Spring Fest is designed as a springtime showcase of local flavor and entertainment on the Eastern Shore. Organizers promise live music throughout the day featuring five artists and duos: Elise Taylor, Dillon Atwood, Just Roger, Zoe Burdett and Johnny Hayes. Craft beers and specialty cocktails will be available alongside a lineup of food trucks serving festival favorites.
Families will find a range of activities for children including bounce houses, inflatable games and balloon twisting. Guests can also enjoy blueberry picking, Silo Water Skiing and other on-site attractions unique to the Weeks Bay Plantation setting.
Daytime admission is $5 per person. Children 12 and younger are admitted free. VIP is available for $35.
When the sun sets, the atmosphere shifts to a ticketed 21+ experience. Blooms & Brews After Dark will feature live performances by Ella Salter & the Sunday Sinners and Red and the Revelers, along with craft beer sampling from select vendors, food trucks and interactive activities geared toward adults. Organizers describe the evening as a laid-back, social environment for guests ready to unwind.
After Dark tickets are $20 with VIP available for $45. Separate admission is required for entry during evening hours.
