Betty J. Kendrick, 80, a native of Robertsdale and resident of Summerdale, passed away Thursday, March 5, 2015.
Mrs. Kendrick was a member of Robertsdale Assembly of God Church since 1943.
She very much enjoyed gathering the news.
She is preceded in death by children, Peggy Rains and Carol Kendrick.
She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Calvin G. Kendrick of Summerdale; children, Danny (Angie) Kendrick of Denham Springs, La., Susan Dyes of Robertsdale, Bill (Nancy) Kendrick of Foley, Phillips (Kathy) Kendrick of Point Clear and Becky Wible of Summerdale; 16 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Monday, March 9, 2015, at 2 p.m., at Robertsdale Assembly of God Church, with the Rev. Michael Lynn officiating.
Burial will be in Baldwin Memorial Cemetery in Robertsdale.
A visitation will be held Sunday, March 8, 2015, from 6 until 8 p.m., at Mack Funeral Home.
