BAY MINETTE, Alabama — Baldwin County High School students in Caroline Valentino's Health Classes learned a lot this school year – and had a little fun along the way. In one unit, the students designed their own board games. The classes were divided into groups and then each person in the group had to make 60 questions and answers that cover the chapters in that unit.
The students come up with the rules and the consequences if they get the question incorrect.
“Each group plays their own games to start out and then after a period of time they rotated to play the next groups game which covers a different unit,” Valentino said. “I use these projects to help them review for their final exam in my health class. The students are really creative and have a lot of fun playing them.”
