The Bay Minette Public Library has a lot for which to be thankful! Just in time for Thanksgiving, the Friends of the Bay Minette Public Library presented Library Director Joanna Bailey with the proceeds from this year's annual Wine and Cheese Social.

The event was held at the home of Tom and Lee Mitchell. The funds in the amount of $2,220.73 will be used to purchase books and audio/visual materials.

"This year's event was a tremendous success," said Bailey. "We especially want to thank Tom and Lee Mitchell for opening their beautiful home to us."
