BAY MINETTE, Alabama — The Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in finding an individual they say broke in and burglarized a Bay Minette business over the weekend.
BCSO investigators responded to Three Brothers Arms, located at 36603 Highway 59 in Bay Minette, on Tuesday to investigate a report of a burglary to the business.
In reviewing surveillance video, investigators say an individual broke into the business on Saturday, May 28 and removed $160 from the owner’s cash register drawer.
Investigators are seeking information on the whereabouts of Kennith Anthony Duffee, 38, whose address is listed as Willie Earl Buck Road, Bay Minette. Duffee currently has an active warrant for theft of property, fourth degree and is a person of interest in the case.
Duffee has four bookings on the Baldwin County Corrections Center site, dating back to October of 2012 when he was booked on charges of negotiating a worthless instrument. The other three bookings are on traffic charges, the last in September of 2015, when he was picked up as a detainer for hold by the Spanish Fort Police Department and transported on a traffic charge with the Bay Minette Police Department. He was released 35 days later, according to booking records.
If you have any information on his whereabouts, contact the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Investigations Command Office, 251-972-8589.
