Foley's Tanger Outlets has added a new dining option for its shoppers. Baumhower's Victory Grille will open in early December.

The sports-themed restaurant is owned by former Alabama football All-American and All-Pro Miami Dolphin Bob Baumhower. The restaurant will be in suite 308 adjacent to the Nike store near the Foley Sports Tourism Complex. Diners looking forward to watching all the games will enjoy a state-of-the-art entertainment package, three jumbo TV walls with over 60 flat screens and an audio package that makes you feel like you are at the game.

Founded in 1981, Baumhower's Victory Grille's menu offers a large selection of scratch-made American classics including their award-winning buffalo-style chicken wings.

"We understand that competition in our industry is strong, but Baumhower's brings something to the table that other sports-themed restaurants cannot match," Baumhower said in a statement. "We work hard to create a casual yet exciting atmosphere and live up to our motto, 'Legendary Fun. Legendary Food.' We invite Foley and the surrounding communities to come and experience Baumhower's award-winning food and hospitality when the restaurant opens."

The Foley location will be the largest in Baumhower's portfolio. The restaurant will feature signature design elements such as a centrally located bar, local sports images and memorabilia, a streamlined kitchen for faster service, a large outdoor seating area with TVs, string lights and games for the whole family. A party room complete with audio-visual options will be available to host private parties or sports teams.

Baumhower's is celebrating 42 years in business and is part of Aloha Hospitality with headquarters in Loxley. Aloha owns and operates Baumhower's; three Wingfingers concepts in Fairhope, Mobile and Montgomery; Dauphin's in the RSA Trustmark Building; and Las Floriditas.
