ROBERTSDALE — Mississippi-based Parish Tractor Company has announced the purchase of Baldwin Tractor and Equipment, located at 22463 Alabama 59 in Robertsdale.
Parish Tractor is a family-owned business founded in 2012. Baldwin Tractor and Equipment is Parish Tractor’s fourth location. Additional locations are in Hattiesburg, Meridian and Poplarville, Mississippi.
“Baldwin Tractor and Equipment served Robertsdale faithfully for many years and left a blaze of loyal customers in their wake,” according to a statement released Jan. 7 by the company.
Parish Tractor is making efforts to allow employees and customers to ease into the transition.
“Parish is honored to continue to serve by equipping farmers with the tools they need,” according to the release. “We are a company committed to their people, products, profitability and principles which allows them to be more than just a tractor store.”
Parish Tractor Company now services and sells Kubota tractors, mowers, utility vehicles, construction and hay/farm implements.
