BAY MINETTE, Ala – The Baldwin County Commission adopted a resolution in May which allows the exemption of Baldwin County sales and use tax for certain items such as school supplies, computers and clothing.

The tax holiday, supported by the Baldwin County Board of Education, begins at 12:01 a.m. Aug. 5, and continue through midnight Aug. 7.
