Baldwin County Mediacom employees earn top service awards

LOXLEY — Mediacom Communications recognized four employees from Baldwin County who achieved high performance rankings and earned national awards for excellence in customer service and broadband network operations.

Pamela Blake, a resident of Gulf Shores, earned a national silver-level award and was cited for exemplary customer service. She has been a Mediacom customer service representative since 1995.

Silverhill resident James Peebles was named Warehouse Employee of the Year and earned a silver-level award for service that provides customers with home networking equipment. He is a senior-level warehouse associate who has been employed by Mediacom since 2011.

Paul Gieseking, also of Silverhill, was named Area Operations Employee of the Year. Loxley resident Ciera Seymour was selected as the region's Customer Center Representative of the Year.

Companywide, Mediacom employs 4,000 people. Blake, Peebles, Gieseking and Seymour were among 120 employees recognized for outstanding performance and service to customers. Award recipients receive a monetary bonuses and other employee recognition.
