Baldwin Bone & Joint to host Winter Community Education Series

Baldwin Bone & Joint is bringing back its Winter Community Education Series in March and April, offering free sessions on joint and shoulder pain led by two of its specialists.

The events, held in Daphne, Foley and Spanish Fort, will provide insight into common causes of pain and available treatment options.

Dr. Keith Spain, a fellowship-trained non-surgical sports medicine specialist, will present “Common Causes & Treatment Options for Relief of Joint Pain” at two locations:

• Tuesday, March 18, from 5:30-7 p.m. at Baldwin Bone & Joint’s Daphne location, 1505 Daphne Ave. Reservations are accepted through March 14 at (251) 621-5377.

• Thursday, March 27, from 5:30-7 p.m. at the John McClure Snook Family YMCA, 2560 S. Pine St. in Foley. Reservations are accepted through March 25 at (251) 424-1908.

Dr. César M. Roca Jr., an orthopaedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist, will discuss “Understanding Shoulder Pain, Diagnosis and Treatment Options” on:

• Thursday, April 3, from 5:30-7 p.m. at Baldwin Bone & Joint’s Spanish Fort location, 10701 Eastern Shore Blvd. Reservations are accepted through April 1 at (251) 621-5377.
