The South Alabama Land Trust's (SALT) annual "Party for Preservation" is back, offering a celebration of local flavors, live music and coastal conservation.
The 15th annual Bald Eagle Bash is set for Saturday, April 26, from 4-7 p.m. at the Tonsmeire Weeks Bay Resource Center, 11525 U.S. 98 in Fairhope. Doors open at 3:30 p.m.
The event will feature fresh Gulf shrimp dishes prepared by 12 of the area's top chefs and restaurants, alongside a classic low country shrimp boil and desserts from local bakers. Guests can enjoy craft beer from Fairhope Brewing Company and Braided River Brewing Company, as well as a curated selection of fine wines.
As the sun sets over Weeks Bay, attendees can enjoy live music from Hannaward Pass, creating a laid-back soundtrack for the evening.
Tickets are $75 for general admission and $65 for SALT members. Members will receive a special email with instructions on how to access the discounted price.
Proceeds from the event support SALT's mission to preserve and protect land and waterways in coastal Alabama.
Tickets are available at www.eventbrite.com.
For those looking to make a larger impact, sponsorship opportunities are available. Sponsors receive perks such as premium event recognition, marketing exposure, and the chance to showcase their brand to more than 1,000 attendees.
