Forrest Gano Asbury, 89, of Robertsdale, died Sunday, April 26, 2009.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Vida T. Asbury.
Survivors include two step-sons, Coy and Allen Jenkins, both of Vernon; two step-daughters, Ruth Sprinkle and Shirley Kidd, both of Fayette.
Graveside services were held Wednesday, April 29 at Barrancas National Cemeter, NAS Pensacola, Fla.
Arrangements are by Cason Funeral Service, Foley.
