Baldwin County’s high school basketball teams will compete in area tournaments starting tomorrow night, and several county teams will host.
Daphne High School will host both the boys and girls 6A Area 3 tournaments. Tomorrow night the Robertsdale and Fairhope girls will square off at 6 p.m., followed by Foley and Daphne at 7:30. The boys will play Friday, with Robertsdale and Fairhope playing at 6 p.m. followed by Daphne and Foley.
The Area 3 championship games will be played on Monday, with the girls playing at 6 p.m. and the boys game at 7:30.
The Baldwin County High School girls will host the 6A Area 4 girls tournament on Thursday. The Lady Tigers will face Satsuma at 7:30 p.m. tomorrow, and the girls finals will be held Saturday at 6 p.m.
The BCHS boys will travel for the Area 4 tournament at McGill-Toolen. BCHS will play Williamson at 6 p.m. on Friday, with the finals held Monday at 7:30 p.m.
The Spanish Fort and Gulf Shores boys will travel to LeFlore for the Class 5A Area 2 tournament. Spanish Fort will play Vigor at 6 p.m. on Friday followed by Gulf Shores and LeFlore at 7:30. The Area 2 finals will be Monday at 7:30 p.m.
LeFlore will also host the 5A Area 2 girls tournament, and Spanish Fort will face Gulf Shores in the first round tomorrow at 6 p.m. The finals are set for Monday at 6 p.m.
Bayside Academy will host the 3A Area 1 boys tournament on Friday. Bayside will face the winner of the T.R. Miller-Excel game held Tuesday night at 7:30 p.m. Friday. The finals are set for Monday at 7 p.m.
The Bayside girls will travel to Brewton for the Area 1 girls tournament. The Lady Admirals will face Clarke County at 5 p.m. Thursday.
The finals are set for Saturday at 3 p.m.
