THEODORE, Ala. — The Mobile Bay Mustang Club and Bellingrath Gardens and Home will present the 16th Annual Camellia Classic Car Show on Saturday, April 4, from 9 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.

More than 300 vintage and antique cars can be seen on The Great Lawn.

Visitors are invited to go and experience the beauty of spring and the nostalgia of antique cars and trucks.

Each year Bellingrath has requested that car show guests bring a food item for the Mobile Area Food Bank to receive a $1 discount on their admission to the Gardens.

This year, donations for the Bay Area Food Bank are needed more than ever before.

The Food Bank relies on donations from individuals and organizations to fill their warehouses and provide for those in need in our communities.

Canned food items that are needed include green beans, corn, yams, sweet peas, fruit cocktail, pineapple, cranberry sauce, peaches, pears and ham.

Other non perishable food items such as stuffing mix and macaroni and cheese are also needed.

While attending the Car Show you can enjoy a lunch of grilled hot dogs and hamburgers on The Great Lawn along with a number of activities for kids.

The Mobile Bay Mustang Club donates proceeds from the show to local charities including the Bay Area Food Bank.
