Ann Douglas Hartwell, 83, a native of Mobile and a resident of Fairhope, passed away Sunday, July 21, 2013.
She is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, Ray Brown Hartwell of Fairhope; three sons, Ray Douglas (Ann) Hartwell of Daphne, Tommy Kent (Joanne) Hartwell of Daphne and Terry Joel (Dana) Hartwell of Maryville, Tenn.; nine grandchildren, Oliver Scott (Ann) Hartwell, William Alan Ishee, Karen Ann (Kip) Parsons, Bailey Kathleen Hartwell, Andrew Hunter (Francine) Hartwell, Matthew Alexander Hartwell, Ashley Elizabeth (Mike) Lisenby, Christopher Joel Hartwell and Jeffrey Paul Hartwell; six great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life memorial service will be held Saturday, July 27, 2013, at 2 p.m., at Fairhope United Methodist Church.
The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until the service time.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Fairhope United Methodist Church.
