The Altar & Rosary Society at Our Lady of the Gulf Parish will bring back one of its most popular community traditions with its Annual Bake Sale on Saturday, Feb. 7, from 8 a.m. to noon at the parish campus in the Waterway District.
The sale will be held at Our Lady of the Gulf, 308 East 22nd Avenue, and will feature a wide selection of homemade foods prepared by parishioners and volunteers. Offerings will include lemon pies, key lime pies, cookies, cakes, Judie’s famous quiche, Father Carucci’s spaghetti sauce, Our Lady of the Gulf chili and a variety of hearty soups. Items will be sold while supplies last.
The bake sale has become a long-standing event for the parish and the Gulf Shores community, drawing residents who return each year for the homemade favorites and the chance to support local church ministries. Organizers encourage shoppers to arrive early, noting that many items sell out quickly.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the ministries and charitable outreach supported by the Altar & Rosary Society, helping fund service efforts within the parish and the wider community.
