Alexander “Ollie” Sislak, 81, a native of Wisconsin and a resident of Fairhope, died Friday, March 18, 2011 in Fairhope.
He was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church and a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean Conflict.
Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Mary Sislak of Fairhope; two sons, Dan Sislak of Fairhope and David Sislak of Goodlettsville, Tenn.; daughter, Melanie Wilhite of Fairhope; two grandchildren, Danielle Wilhite of Fairhope and Dallon Noah Sislak of Goodlettsville, Tenn.; three nephews, John Sislak of Fairhope, Mark and Matt Sislak of Birmingham; two nieces, Maria Payton of Texas and Tami Williams of Fairhope; two great-grandchildren, Aubrey and Chloe Wilhite, both of Fairhope; numerous grand nieces and grand nephews, many friends and family.
Visitation begins at 10 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Friday, March 25 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Belforest Catholic Cemetery.
