MOBILE, Ala. — The American Cancer Society’s Vintage Affair is planned for Aug. 26, at 6 p.m., at Space 301 in downtown Mobile.

This festive wine gala is sponsored by Lexus of Mobile, and has become one of the area’s most prestigious philanthropic events.

The gala evening will again feature tastings of a wide variety of wines plus delicious hors d’oeuvres prepared by Clifton Morrissette and his talented staff at Oysterellas.

Around eight distributors will be pouring an interesting selection of over 150 wines for your sampling. Wine connoisseurs eagerly anticipate this special opportunity to obtain rare wines donated from the private cellars of areas collectors.

Highlighting the evening will be live and silent auctions, featuring an extraordinary array of fine wines, exciting trips, gourmet dinners and other unique items, including an array of paintings donated by area artists, including this year’s featured artist, Stacey Howell.

Tickets are $75, and can be purchased in advance or at the door.
