7 Brew brings caffeine and good vibes to Foley

Posted

The sun is shining, the music is rocking, and customers are moving quickly through 7 Brew Coffee in Foley with coffee in hand and smiles on their faces.

"I have never worked so hard and had so much fun," said manager Tanner Weber as he waves to the regulars pulling out of the drive-through.

7 Brew opened in Foley in October, 2022, and already has a steady stream of regulars. The fast-growing franchise is delivering a caffeine jolt to customers in 15 states with 57 locations. The Foley location is owned by High Octane Operations which owns the lower Alabama territory that includes the entire Mobile market, Baldwin County, Dothan, Enterprise and Troy.

A peek inside the Foley location revealed a staff listening to great music, having fun and making beverages quickly. They even have a party light on the ceiling that you might see in a dance club. They have two large espresso machines with a total of seven heads, a wall of flavored syrups and 20,000 flavor combinations.

Weber said they specialize in customization and speed. Want that iced blondie 1/3 sweet? No problem. Need your Triple 7 chiller quick? They have you covered there too. Not a coffee fan but need a caffeine jolt? 7 Brew has its own energy drink, Seven Energy that can be infused with any flavor. Are the children thirsty? No worries because they have you covered there as well.

The 7 Brew menu includes coffee, energy drinks, sparking water, smoothies, teas and shakes. Drinks come iced, hot, or as a chiller. Customers are encouraged to customize everything from flavors, sweetness level and milk preferences. All served fast.

"Even if you are the last car in the drive-through, our goal is to get you through the line in five to seven minutes," Weber said.

The Foley location is averaging 500 - 600 cars a day and Weber anticipates that will increase when the summer travel season begins.

Foley has seen several new national franchise brands open in the last 12 months. Baldwin County's growth is on the national radar and that growth is what attracted High Octane Operations to open their first 7 Brew location in their new territory.

"As you know, Baldwin County is a rapidly growing area and we saw a need for a fast drive-thru coffee service where you get your coffee in record time and make friends while you are at it," said Morgan Tucker, High Octane Operations. "We pride ourselves on cultivating kindness and joy and we are thrilled to be able to do that every day in Foley."

Tucker said High Octane Operations has plans for more 7 Brew locations in the Gulf Coast region but can't disclose more details until the second half of the year. Each location creates approximately 50 jobs.

"We have a fun atmosphere. We put the team first and provide a positive experience," Weber said. "Our good vibes are contagious."
