Happy St. Patrick's Day everybody. It is the one holiday everyone feels a little Irish and drinks green beer. This week's list of happenings you shouldn't miss includes two St. Patrick's Day events but there are even more happening. If you are looking for something else to enjoy this weekend, we have put together a diverse list together. Stop into Fairhope for the biggest arts and crafts festival around, find some treasure in Foley at the Foley Woman's Club annual sale, shop for boats at The Wharf or eat some chili in Bay Minette. Annual Fairhope Arts & Crafts Festival

  • What: The idyllic streets of downtown Fairhope will fill with artists from across the U.S. The weekend long event is an annual tradition for artists, residents and visitors. Stroll the booths, enjoy a bite to eat from the food court and enjoy live entertainment. The event is rain or shine. Papa Rocco's 2023 St. Patrick's Day Pub Crawl

  • What: Come celebrate St. Patrick's Day with a pub crawl in Gulf Shores. The annual tradition should not be missed.
  • When: Friday, March 17, at 9:30 a.m.
  • Where: Papa Rocco's, 101 West 6th St., Gulf Shores
  • Price: $5 cash entry

St. Patrick's Day Street Party

  • What: Callaghan's Irish Social Club will host the 77th Annual St. Patrick's Day Street Party. Enjoy two days of music, drinks and eats. The fun kicks off Friday after watching the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick parade downtown.
  • When: Friday, March 17 and Saturday, March 18, from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Where: Callaghan's Irish Social Club, 916 Charleston St., Mobile

Trash to Treasure

  • What: The Foley Woman's Club is having their semiannual Trash to Treasure fundraiser benefiting women and children services in Baldwin County. The group is excepting donations ahead of the event. Stop by and shop and find a treasure or two.
  • When: Friday, March 17 and Saturday, March 18, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Where: Irwin Square Shopping Center, 814 S. McKenzie St., Foley
  • Price: Free to attend

The Wharf Boat & Yacht Show

  • What: Browse over $100 million in boats and marine products and more than 120 exhibiting companies at The Wharf. Take in a display of 80 wet slip boats and yachts and more than 300 sport and console boats on land. Bring the family and enjoy live music, art classes and more. Chili Cook-Off

  • What: The Heritage Women's Club and the North Baldwin Coalition for Excellence in Education (NBCEE) has teamed up with the Bay Minette Fire Department to host the Annual Chili Cook-Off. Proceeds benefit the Bay Minette Fire Department Fire Prevention Program and the NBCEE Teacher Grant program in North Baldwin Schools.
