COLLEEN COBLE AUTHOR EVENT

What: USA Today bestselling author Colleen Coble will visit the Foley Public Library to discuss her latest novel, “When Justice Comes,” and share insights into her writing process. COASTAL CATS AND CRITTERS YARD SALE

What: Coastal Cats and Critters will host a community yard sale fundraiser featuring a wide variety of donated items including housewares, décor, small furniture, books, children’s items and pet supplies. Proceeds will support the daily care and medical needs of senior and special needs animals at the sanctuary. Organizers encourage community members to shop for bargains while supporting a local animal rescue effort. Donations for the sale are also accepted by contacting organizers in advance. What: Eco Clean Marine will host a coastal cleanup inviting volunteers to help protect local beaches and waterways. Participants will be provided with gloves, grabbers and buckets, and may also bring their own equipment. Volunteers will receive a small token of appreciation, including a key chain and sticker, for their efforts. Organizers encourage community involvement in preserving the Gulf Coast environment. ELBERTA GERMAN SAUSAGE FESTIVAL

What: The Elberta German Sausage Festival will feature nearly 200 arts and crafts vendors, food booths and family-friendly activities. Known for its signature sausage sandwiches, the event also offers a variety of food options including barbecue, roasted corn and kettle corn, along with beverages and a children’s bounce house area. Proceeds benefit the Elberta Volunteer Fire Department and support local nonprofits and community initiatives. The festival also provides fundraising opportunities for participating organizations. Pets are not allowed.

MOBILE COUNTY MASTER GARDENERS SPRING FESTIVAL

BOOKS BY THE BAY FESTIVAL

What: Books By the Bay will bring together more than 100 authors from across the country for a day of readings, performances and literary activities. The festival includes a Readers Showcase featuring writers from multiple genres, a children’s area with story times and a main stage with author readings and performances. The event highlights regional and national talent and celebrates storytelling in a family-friendly setting.

MOBILE BALLET PRESENTS “CINDERELLA”
