Hannah Legg was not the only one to use brush strokes on the seven panels, but three groups from Foley High School, Foley Middle School and Foley home schoolers were able to add color and life to this Cat Alley Walkway art. Within the seven panels are recreational tings to do in Foley such as a rollercoaster at OWA, Rose Trail, scenes from Graham Creek, sports tourism, trains featured at the train museum and of course, five cats are painted into the mix.

People don’t watch us tear it all down, load it in the truck, drive eight hours to the next gig and set it all up,” the lead singer commented. “My advice for young musicians is do not expect to get paid and if all you’re going to do is stand on stage and play music, then stay in the basement.” Flener urged up-and-coming performers to captivate the crowd visually and work diligently to earn their place in the spotlight.
