Gerald King, who co-founded Young's Realty, LLC with David Bodenhamer in 1975, has been a cornerstone of the company for nearly five decades. Though stepping down from his role as Qualifying Broker, King remains an operating partner at Young's Suncoast, continuing to share his vast knowledge and experience.

Jordan Bodenhamer, the daughter of co-founder David Bodenhamer, brings a wealth of experience to her new role. With 12 years of holding a real estate license and a multi-brokerage license, she has established herself as a leader in the industry. As the first chairperson of the Baldwin County Association of Realtors (BCAR) Property Management Committee, she has gained a deep understanding of the challenges faced by property management companies. Her expertise and commitment to the company's mission make her well-equipped to guide Young's Suncoast through the ever-changing demands of the real estate and vacation rental industries.
