Countdown to Hangout Music Festival check: only 18 more days until we are all living our best music festival life on the white powder sand in Gulf Shores.

There are three new additions to the festival for 2023, and Gulf Coast Media has all the details for you.

Free Wi-Fi

For the first time in Hangout Music Festival history, attendees will have access to free public Wi-Fi. If you have attended in years past, you may have firsthand experience at how hard it is to get good service at times due to the sheer volume of calls, texts and Facetimes happening during the festival.

Attendees can sign up for the free daily Wi-Fi on site. The service is presented by Autograph.

Hangout Market Place

Want to take your bestie a souvenir from the beach but too busy rocking out? Not a problem. This year, festival organizers have added the Hangout Market Place, which will take over West Beach Boulevard.

Arts and crafts vendors will line the street for your shopping pleasure. The area will also include the Hangout Locker Rentals, phone charging area, Share the Beach recycling and voter registration with Headcount.

VIP Improvements

Hangout Music Festival VIP and SVIP pass holders experience just went up a notch. If you have ever wondered if the VIP experience is worth the cost, here are four new amenities that may help you pay the extra money:

• VIP and SVIP pass holders will have dedicated entrance lanes.
• Hand-crafted cocktails will be available all day, every day in the VIP Grove and SVIP Deck.
• Expanded food service hours and complimentary late-night snacks in the VIP Grove.
• Additional seating and cool-down lounges.
