Werner G. Feil, 87, of Foley, Alabama, passed away on Apr. 25, 2025. He was a 1956 graduate of Foley High School, served in the US Air Force, was co-owner of Foley Tractor Co., and a real estate agent. He was a lifetime member of the Gulf Coast Elks Lodge #2782, and a member of the FOE Eagles #4549. He is preceded in death by his parents Gotfried and Gerda Unzner Feil, and his sister Gerda Feil Cassebaum. Werner is survived by his wife of 58 years, Ellen Golden Feil, two sons: Eric (Carolyn) Feil, and Joe Feil, brother-in-law David “Butch” (Dianne) Golden, and sister-in-law Becky Golden (Allen) Longshore, numerous nieces and nephews.
Interment with military honors will be at the Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery at Spanish Fort, 34904 State Hwy 225, on Wed., Jun. 4th at 11 a.m.
