To show appreciation for their military service, the DAV Chapter 45 was treated to a special breakfast Feb. 7 at the Loxley Civic Center courtesy of the Loxley Church of God seniors, the J.O.Y. (Just Older Youth) Department, and their new pastor, Brian Wade and his wife, Lori. They were served breakfast casseroles, scrambled eggs, grits, fried sausage, ham, pigs in a blanket, sausage rolls, tomato gravy, sausage gravy, homemade biscuits, oatmeal, fresh fruits and waffles with pecans.
