The Academy of Country Music announced the nominations for the 57th Academy of Country Music (ACM) Awards Feb. 10 and The Wharf Amphitheater was among the nominees.

The Wharf Amphitheater is one of five nominees for the Outdoor Venue of the Year award. The other venues nominated are Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion in New Hampshire, Red Rocks Amphitheater in Colorado, Saint Augustine Amphitheater in Florida and Whitewater Amphitheater in Texas.

"The Wharf Amphitheater is so excited to be once again nominated for an ACM Award," said Sheena Mizell, director of marketing and public relations, The Wharf.

"In the Outdoor Venue of the Year category, we're amongst some of the top venues around the U.S., and that's always an honor. We have some great shows lined up for this year's C Spire Concert Series and we're excited to kick-off the season with this announcement."

The Wharf Amphitheater's open-air setting serves as the backdrop for dozens of top performers in country, hip-hop and rock and roll each year. The 10,000-seat venue is one of the largest music venues along the Gulf Coast, featuring the fan-favorite C Spire Concert Series.

The 57th Academy of Country Music Awards, hosted by global icon Dolly Parton and co-hosted by reigning ACM New Male Artist of the Year winner Jimmie Allen and reigning ACM New Female Artist of the Year Gabby Barrett, will stream live on Prime Video Monday, March 7 at 7 p.m.
