The Oasis at Orange Beach finishes multi-million dollar rebrand, features murals from local artist

The Oasis at Orange Beach, formerly Phoenix West II, recently debuted its multi-million dollar rebrand on Memorial Day weekend, which includes artwork from a rising Gulf Shores painter.

The luxury Gulf-front condominium complex now hosts a cafe and bar, multiple pools, lazy river and slide, various sport and exercise amenities and more in addition to its selection of three- and four-bedroom units.

The cafe and bar, only available for current Oasis guests, offers salads, snacks, pizza, an array of entrees, kid's items and desserts. Covered parking is also offered to all Oasis guests in a secure, multi-story garage.

"Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or an adventure-filled getaway, The Oasis at Orange Beach offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort and coastal beauty," Oasis states.

JD Swiger and Swiger Studio of Gulf Shores will have four different art projects guests can enjoy at Oasis — a '90s-themed teen arcade area, Tiny-Tot children's display, arrows to direct visitors and a soon-to-come main lobby interactive photo space — in a commercial opportunity the artist thanks the property for giving to a local Baldwin County business. Saving the best for last, he said, with the other three designs behind him, Swiger began his studio's main lobby feature at Oasis on Monday, June 17. He said he expects the piece to be completed by the end of week.

"It gives us more credit as a small business," Swiger said. "Just to show these larger entities trust us with our work, there's a certain level of expectation when we walk in the building to pull off something that's perfect for that client. For us, it helps our name grow and us be more consistent throughout the county."

The Oasis at Orange Beach is located at 23450 Perdido Beach Blvd. #3001.
