Swift-Coles Historic Home put up the Christmas decorations and began the festivities with an Open House celebration on Dec. 2. Guests were able to tour the home and see all the holiday décor that has been set up both inside and out, including two large Christmas Trees lighting up the downstairs area. Guests enjoyed live music while refreshments were served. The Sandspur Bluegrass Band closed out the day of fun, and the Coastal Ballet Academy came out to perform segments from their upcoming performance of The Nutcracker. Swift-Coles Home invites everyone to come out this holiday season and enjoy the decorations and a tour of the home. Tours take place on Tue. and Fri. from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Volunteers needed.
