ROBERTSDALE, Alabama — Sweat Tire in Robertsdale held an open house and customer appreciation on Friday. Owners Dewane and Carmen Hayes welcomed guests, provided lunch with fried mullet, grits and collard greens and hosted tractors from the South Alabama Antique Tractor and Engine Club.
“This is just something we’ve always wanted to do,” Dewane Hayes said. “We just want to let our customers know that we appreciate them and what better time to do it than around the holidays.”
