Snow covers Baldwin County sports fields from Bay Minette to Orange Beach

Baldwin County sports fields were not spared from the record-breaking snowstorm that hit Lower Alabama earlier this week.
While some baseball and softball squads used the slippery conditions to practice baserunning sliding, some football teams displayed their helmets in mainly uncharted territory. Many parts of the county saw more than an inch of snow for the first time since 2017.
