Get ready to tee off for a great cause.

SHOW Baldwin Inc. is hosting its inaugural Swing Fore SHOW Golf Classic on Tuesday, Sept. 24, at Timbercreek Golf Club in Spanish Fort. This exciting fundraiser will feature a four-person scramble, with a shotgun start scheduled for 1 p.m.

The event, aimed at supporting SHOW Baldwin Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to assisting the special needs community through medical grants and social events, promises a day of golf, fun and philanthropy. Participants can enjoy lunch starting at 11:30 a.m., with opportunities to win exciting prizes in a raffle and silent auction.

Teams of four can register online at SHOWBaldwinInc.org for a fee of $400, which covers lunch, green fees, cart rentals, scorecards, balls and tees. Prizes will be awarded for the closest to the pin and longest drive, adding a competitive edge to this charitable event.

SHOW Baldwin Inc., a newly established 501(c)(3) nonprofit, was founded by a group of mothers with special needs children. The organization is committed to enhancing inclusivity and empowerment for individuals with special needs in Baldwin County. They provide grants for durable medical devices like wheelchairs and communication aids, aiming to ease the financial burden on families and ensure access to essential tools for improved quality of life.

In addition to medical grants, SHOW Baldwin Inc. organizes social events such as proms, parties, and field days, fostering joy and meaningful connections within the community. Their funding model ensures that 50% of donations go directly toward medical grants and the other 50% supports social events, providing transparency and impact for contributors.
