BAY MINETTE — Santa and his elves paid a visit to the William F. Green Veterans Home in Bay Minette on Saturday. Members of the Robertsdale Rotary Club, Gear Jammers Car Club and others delivered presents to veterans and their families. Various groups from around the county adopted veterans and delivered their gifts on Saturday morning. Santa also delivered hand-made cards from kindergarten students at Silverhill Elementary. Afterward volunteers served hotdogs, chips, drinks and desserts to veterans in the courtyard.
